  Terrible. Didn't have what we wanted because they ran out, although there was a coles across from them they could have easily bought ingredients. When i placed the order they were unaware they were out, but considering its thursday night, one would assume a chef or owner has checked there is enough stock. Being someone who has worked in hospitality, its the first thing you normally check! They didnt offer any compensation, charged me anyway and the front of house staff was not helpful. Just because it is a takeaway place does not excuse from lazy staff. The fact that you ran out of something i was looking forward to is the main issue but not being able to resolve the issue is even worse. Will never return, will tell people not to bother and will never recommend this place to friends or family who live down south.

  Used to love this place, food was restaurant quality but it has slipped. They still have very good food most of the time but occasionally it's not up to scratch and I often see alot of confusion with orders.
  As an update to this review; I have down graded to two stars because we were told at the store today after another customer asked, that MSG is used in some of their food to enhance flavour. There is no signage to indicate such and unfortunately we will no longer be customers of this establishment.

  Use to be the best satay... tonight it was watered down, tough rubber. That and they refused to switch out a main in their banquet despite doing this several times before. Will be boycotting.
